Overview

ledgrlive-learn-wn.pages.dev is a credential phishing page that impersonates Ledger. It targets people who own or are setting up a Ledger hardware wallet. The subdomain misspells the brand as "ledgrlive" and adds "learn" to look like an official onboarding guide. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-08. It has been offline since 2026-10-02 after the hosting provider blocked its content, and it was still dead when last checked on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

The page is titled "Ledger Live Login | Getting Started with Your Ledger Device". The title is aimed at new users who are searching for setup help and may not know how the real software works. Ledger Live has no web login, so any site asking you to sign in is a decoy. Pages like this present a form styled as an account or device verification step. Whatever is typed into it goes straight to the operators. For Ledger owners the most damaging entry is the recovery phrase, because it lets the attacker rebuild the wallet on their own device and empty it without ever touching your hardware.

Evidence

On 2026-09-22, 3 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the site: Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Kaspersky and LevelBlue. That is a low count, so most security tools would have let a visitor through without a warning. The stronger confirmation comes from crypto-focused blocklists. Besides PhishDestroy, the site is listed by MetaMask and SEAL, so wallet users with those protections would be warned.

Infrastructure

The site was created on 2026-08-31 as a free Cloudflare Pages subdomain and reached our blocklist eight days later. That timeline points to a quick, disposable deployment. It resolved to Cloudflare, Inc. addresses geolocated to Canada. The padlock came from Google Trust Services, which issues certificates automatically for this kind of hosting. A valid certificate says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.

What to do

If you typed your 24-word recovery phrase into this page, treat the wallet as compromised. Reset your Ledger, generate a new phrase, and move any remaining funds to the new wallet immediately. If you entered an email address or password, change that password everywhere you reused it and turn on two-factor authentication. Expect follow-up phishing that pretends to be Ledger support. Only download Ledger Live from the official source, and never type your recovery phrase into any website or app. Defenders should block the domain and look for similar "ledgr" lookalikes on free hosting platforms.
