Overview

ledgr-logiin.pages.dev is a credential phishing page impersonating Ledger, the hardware wallet maker. It targets Ledger owners who search for a way to sign in or restore access. The misspelled name, with a dropped vowel in the brand and a doubled letter in the login, is built to slip past a quick glance. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-08. The site has been offline since 2026-09-16 and was still down and blocked by its provider on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

The page carried the title "ledger login". That framing is itself a warning sign, because a Ledger wallet is not opened with a website login. Pages like this ask visitors to verify or recover their wallet, typically by typing in their recovery phrase or account details. Anyone holding a Ledger recovery phrase controls the funds it secures, so a victim who submits it can have their assets moved without ever touching the physical device.

Evidence

On 2026-09-18, 12 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the site, including BitDefender, ESET, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, CyRadar and alphaMountain.ai. Several of these are mainstream endpoint and web-filtering vendors, so many users would have been warned by their own security tools. The domain is also listed by MetaMask and SEAL alongside PhishDestroy, which means crypto-focused defenders reached the same verdict independently.

Infrastructure

The site ran as a subdomain on Cloudflare Pages, a free static hosting service that lets anyone publish a page under a shared domain within minutes. Its listed creation date is 2026-09-12, four days after PhishDestroy first saw it. It sat on Cloudflare's network at an address geolocated to Canada, with a certificate from Google Trust Services. Disposable setups like this cost almost nothing to replace, so similar lookalike names are likely to appear.

What to do

If you typed your 24-word recovery phrase into this page, treat that wallet as compromised. Set up your Ledger with a fresh phrase and move all remaining funds to it right away, before anything else. If you entered an email and password, change that password everywhere you reused it and turn on two-factor authentication. Remember that Ledger will never ask for your recovery phrase on any website. Security teams should block lookalike Ledger names on shared hosting platforms and report new variants to the hosting provider.
