jubileegrandcasino.net presents itself as "Jubilee Grand Casino", a Spanish-language slots and betting site whose page title promises players they can win big. PhishDestroy classifies it as a fraudulent gambling operation aimed at Spanish-speaking players, including those who fund their play with crypto. We first flagged the domain on 2026-09-17, and on 2026-10-19 the site was still online with its casino content live.

How the scam works

Fraudulent casinos of this kind look like ordinary gaming portals, with slot machines, bonuses and a balance that seems to grow as you play. The money flows in only one direction. Deposits are accepted readily, but withdrawals stall behind new conditions such as verification fees, wagering requirements or account freezes, so winnings can never be cashed out. The victim loses every deposit and any extra fee paid to release funds that never arrive. Personal and payment details handed over at signup may also be misused.

Evidence

On 2026-10-01, five of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: ChainPatrol, alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That is a modest count, so the stronger signal is where the listings come from. MetaMask's blocklist and SEAL both carry the domain alongside PhishDestroy, which means crypto-focused security teams treat it as a risk to wallet users. It also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-03-16, about six months before PhishDestroy caught it. That gap suggests the site had time to attract players before it was widely flagged. It sits behind Cloudflare, whose network places the address in Canada, so the real origin server is hidden. Its Let's Encrypt certificate means the padlock in the browser only confirms an encrypted connection. It says nothing about whether the operator is honest.

What to do

Do not deposit anything, and do not pay any "withdrawal", "tax" or "verification" fee to unlock a balance. Those payments only add to the loss. If you already paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank right away to dispute the charges, and keep screenshots of your account, deposits and messages. Crypto deposits usually cannot be reversed, but reporting the transaction to your exchange and local authorities helps with tracing. Change any password you reused at signup. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and add it to their gambling and fraud filters.
