https-roblox.com is a gaming-themed scam that impersonates Roblox and targets its players, many of them young and quick to trust anything carrying the Roblox name. The domain puts "https-" in front of the brand so that it reads like a secure, official address at a glance. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-07. On 2026-10-19 the domain still resolved, but its scam content could not be reached.
How the scam works
Roblox lures of this kind usually promise free Robux, rare items or account perks, then send the player to a page that looks like the real Roblox login. Anyone who signs in hands their username, password and sometimes a verification code to the operators, who can take over the account and strip its Robux and inventory. The page now shows the title "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is Cloudflare's own warning interstitial rather than Roblox-branded content. We classified the domain as a Roblox gaming scam.
Evidence
Seven of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-07: alphaMountain.ai, Chong Lua Dao, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, SOCRadar and Webroot. That count is modest, but these vendors are independent of each other and agree with Google Safe Browsing, which lists the site for social engineering. urlscan.io rated it malicious and matched a generic Cloudflare page. Spamhaus DBL lists the domain as phishing, it appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, and it is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-09-20, just 17 days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap fits a domain bought specifically for this campaign. It sits behind Cloudflare's network (AS13335, United States) at 188.114.97.1, so the address belongs to Cloudflare's shared edge and does not identify the operators' real server.
What to do
If you entered Roblox credentials on this site, change your Roblox password right away, turn on 2-Step Verification and sign out all other sessions from the account settings. Use a new password anywhere you reused the old one, and check your account for missing Robux, items or unfamiliar trades. Parents should go over the account with their child and report the theft to Roblox support. Defenders should block https-roblox.com at DNS and on web proxies, and warn gaming communities about lookalike domains that put "https-" in front of a brand name.
