How the scam works

Victims typically lose account credentials, and anyone who sends payments or crypto at the page's request loses those funds as well.

Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Namecheap on 2025-08-05, more than a year before PhishDestroy detected it. An aged domain like this can pass reputation filters that are designed to catch freshly registered sites. Traffic is fronted by Cloudflare's network on an address geolocated to Canada, so the origin server is not exposed.
