How the scam works

The vendors include ADMINUSLabs, alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and Fortinet, an independent mix of commercial and community feeds. The domain also appears in five AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers tracked it separately. It is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist. The provider's own decision to replace the page with a phishing warning adds a further confirmation.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc and sits behind Cloudflare, Inc., with the visible address 188.114.97.9 geolocated to Canada. Because Cloudflare acts as a proxy, that address belongs to the network edge rather than the operators' actual server. The Google Trust Services WE1 certificate is the one Cloudflare issues automatically, so the padlock in the browser said nothing about the site's legitimacy.
What to do
If you entered a username and password on this site, change that password immediately on the genuine service and anywhere else you reused it. Then turn on app-based two-factor authentication. Review recent logins, linked devices and recovery email or phone settings for anything you did not add. If you typed a wallet recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move funds to a newly created one.
