How the scam works
Fake support chats exploit a moment of stress. The victim already has a problem, such as a stuck transaction, a locked account or a missing deposit, and goes looking for help. Once the chat opens, the "agent" works to win trust and then asks for something no real support team ever needs. That can be a seed phrase or private key, login credentials and 2FA codes, remote access to the device, or a "verification" payment. Whatever the victim shares is used to empty accounts or wallets, and stolen funds are rarely recoverable.

When VirusTotal checked the site on 2026-10-02, 6 of 91 engines flagged it: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and SOCRadar. That rate is modest, so many browsers and security tools may still let the page load without a warning. The domain appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers have independently tracked it. On the blocklist side it is currently listed by PhishDestroy.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-04-22 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com, roughly five months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap fits a domain that was held in reserve or operated quietly before it drew attention. The site is hosted on the Unified Layer network in the US. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the operator is trustworthy.
What to do
