On 2026-10-18, 8 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Kaspersky, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a minority of engines, but the flags come from several unrelated vendors, which makes a single false positive unlikely. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as a spam domain, which links it to unsolicited mail or link campaigns. One AlienVault OTX pulse also references it. Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-09-28 through Gname.com Pte. Ltd. PhishDestroy picked it up just eight days later, a short gap that fits a domain set up for a quick campaign. It is hosted at 46.29.26.38 on a network registered to M/S Robi Traders of Bangladesh (MSROBITRADERS-AS-AP), with the server located in Finland. The Let's Encrypt certificate only means the padlock appears in the browser; it says nothing about whether the site is safe.
What to do
Do not interact with fortolog.com, and treat any email or message that linked you to it as untrusted. If you entered a password or other login details after visiting, change them on the real service and turn on two-factor authentication. If you were asked for a seed phrase or private key and gave it, move your funds to a new wallet immediately. If anything downloaded, run a full malware scan. Defenders should block the domain and 46.29.26.38 at DNS and proxy level, and search mail logs for messages pointing to it.
