How the scam works
Facebook does not run a round-the-clock customer service line for ordinary users, and this page exploits that gap. Fake support sites like this one use the brand name and a promise of 24/7 help to get frustrated users to make contact. The "agent" then asks for login credentials, one-time 2FA codes or recovery details, which hands the account to the attacker. Some of these operations also charge a "recovery fee" or push remote-access tools. Victims can lose their Facebook account, any linked pages, ad accounts and payment methods, and the money they paid.
Evidence
Twelve of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-06. The flagging vendors include ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Criminal IP, alphaMountain.ai, AlphaSOC, CRDF, CyRadar and Gridinsoft, so the detections come from several unrelated security vendors. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and identified Facebook as the imitated brand. Phishunt lists the domain alongside PhishDestroy, and it appears in two AlienVault OTX threat pulses.

The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2022-02-16, more than four years before PhishDestroy detected it. That long lifespan suggests an established operation rather than a throwaway domain. The site sits behind Cloudflare (AS13335) on US-based edge infrastructure, which hides the actual origin server.
What to do
Facebook support is only available through the Help Center inside the app or the official site. Contact that comes through a search result or a phone number is not Facebook. Then reset two-factor authentication, sign out all other sessions and check that your recovery email and phone number are still yours.
