PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page and first flagged it on 2026-09-27. The site was still online and serving its content when last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Fake download pages copy the look of a legitimate product site and offer a Mac or Windows build of a popular app. In schemes of this kind, the download button usually delivers a tampered installer instead of the real software. Such installers commonly steal saved browser passwords, session cookies and locally stored crypto wallet data. Some versions of the page skip the installer and ask visitors to sign in, which hands their credentials to the operator. Either way, the victim believes they installed or logged into something trustworthy and does not notice the theft until accounts or funds are gone.

Because Cloudflare acts as a proxy, this address does not show where the actual server is. The HTTPS certificate from Google Trust Services is standard for such setups, so the padlock says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
Do not download anything from ehoron.net. If you ran an installer from it, disconnect the machine and scan it with up-to-date security software, or reinstall the system. Then, from a clean device, change your passwords, end active sessions and reset 2FA. If a crypto wallet was installed on the affected computer, assume its seed phrase is exposed and move funds to a new wallet created on a clean device.
