cypher-burst.com is an impersonation phishing page: a site built to pass itself off as a legitimate service so visitors trust it with sensitive information. Its audience is crypto users who arrive expecting the real platform. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-05, and when it was last checked on 2026-10-19 the site was still online with its content live.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and flow of a known brand closely enough that a hurried visitor does not notice the address is wrong. Victims usually arrive through search ads, social media replies, direct messages or lookalike links. Once there, they are asked to sign in, verify an account or restore a wallet. Whatever they type goes straight to the operators, whether that is a password, a one-time code or a recovery phrase. Account takeover or an emptied wallet usually follows within minutes.
Evidence
Security vendors other than PhishDestroy back this classification. On 2026-09-18, VirusTotal showed 17 of 89 engines flagging the domain, among them ESET, BitDefender, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar, ADMINUSLabs and the Vietnamese anti-scam group Chong Lua Dao. That is a solid minority from vendors whose detection methods differ. The domain also appears in 5 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it as well. Among the blocklists considered here, it is currently listed only by PhishDestroy.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2025-10-28, roughly ten months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests either a domain kept in reserve or a site that operated for some time before drawing attention. Traffic is served through Cloudflare's network in the US, which places a proxy in front of the real origin server and keeps the hosting provider behind it out of view.
What to do
Do not enter anything on cypher-burst.com. If you signed in there, change that password immediately on the genuine service and anywhere else you reuse it, enable app-based 2FA, and review recent logins and account activity. If you typed a wallet recovery phrase or private key, treat that wallet as compromised and move any remaining funds to a newly created wallet right away. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and the web proxy, search logs for users who visited it, and report it to Cloudflare and Dynadot so it can be taken down while it is still live.
