cisme-normandie.com is an impersonation phishing site whose name reads like that of a Normandy-based organisation. MetaMask and SEAL both list it, which places crypto wallet users squarely in its target group. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-11. On 2026-10-19 the domain was still online and redirecting visitors elsewhere.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages borrow the look and name of a trusted entity so visitors lower their guard. They then ask for a login, a wallet connection or a recovery phrase. Anything entered goes to the operators. For wallet users that can mean a drained balance or a malicious approval that keeps working after the tab is closed. The page currently returns a Cloudflare 520 error title, while we classify the domain as impersonation phishing. Its live behaviour is to redirect traffic onward rather than serve a page directly.

VirusTotal shows 4 of 92 engines flagging the domain as of 2026-10-16: CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar.
