auth-spectrum-net-login1.framer.ai is a credential phishing page that imitates the Spectrum webmail login, titled "Sign into Webmail". It targets Spectrum internet customers who use their provider email account. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-10-10, and it was still online and serving its phishing content when last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Victims typically arrive through an email or text claiming a mailbox problem, a storage limit or a security alert, then land on a page that looks like Spectrum's webmail sign-in. Whatever is typed into the form goes to the attacker, not to Spectrum. A stolen webmail login can be used to read private mail, reset passwords on other services tied to that inbox, and send convincing follow-up scams to the victim's contacts.
Evidence
On 2026-10-10, 16 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the site. Those engines included alphaMountain.ai, DNS8, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Kaspersky. That spread of independent vendors confirms this is not a single false positive. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and recognized the Spectrum branding on it. PhishDestroy lists the domain on its blocklist.
Infrastructure
The page is a subdomain on framer.ai, a hosted website builder. The 2018-01-06 registration date and the CSC Corporate Domains, Inc. registrar belong to that platform, not to the attacker. The operator only needed a free or cheap site on a trusted builder, which gives the page a legitimate parent domain and a working Let's Encrypt certificate. Traffic is served from Amazon's network (AS16509) in the Netherlands. The padlock in the browser therefore says nothing about whether the page is genuine.
What to do
If you entered your Spectrum email and password here, change that password right away from Spectrum's official site or app. Then change it on any other account where you used the same password. Turn on two-step verification where available, and check your mailbox for new forwarding rules, filters or recovery addresses the attacker may have added. Warn your contacts about suspicious messages that appear to come from you. Defenders should block this framer.ai subdomain at mail and web gateways, search logs for users who visited it, and report it to Framer for takedown.
