How the scam works
Fake courier sites usually support a story told elsewhere, often by a romance contact, an online seller or a supposed business partner. They include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, CRDF and alphaMountain.ai, so the verdict rests on several independent security companies. urlscan.io also rated the page malicious and matched it to generic transportation and fake courier brand patterns, which agrees with our classification. Among blocklists, it currently appears on PhishDestroy's.
