“本人透過 LINE 投資社群認識自稱虛擬貨幣帶單老師之人士，其使用名稱及 YouTube 頻道均為「比特幣羅哥」。對方介紹本人使用 XMCATX 交易平台，並先收取 200 USDT 帶單費，款項轉入地址：TJbVeEVXu9mjvk779HGgzDFKQ2wFrGo2Sm。 其後本人依指示，陸續投入約 3,800 USDT 至平台錢包地址：TDFJRfTTnmL3w6sh1EoSGrVhQunheYSSmL，進行虛擬貨幣合約交易，合計損失至少 4,000 USDT。 目前 XMCATX 已無法登入或提領。經查鏈上紀錄，資金已轉往陌生地址：TLeAfV773mm4Dy5bok2VV3gnG8Hs84GXYa，本人未授權該筆轉帳，亦不認識該地址持有人。 對方曾宣稱 XMCATX 與 XM 有關，但本人向官方查證後，確認 XMCATX 並非 XM 官方交易平台，且查無明確營運公司、監管牌照及合法登記資料。本人懷疑對方利用假投資平台及帶單方式誘導投入資金，涉嫌詐欺，請協助調查相關人員、平台控制人、錢包地址及資金流向。”
