aghpl.com presents itself as Altruist Global Holdings under the page title "Women-Led EPC Contracting Excellence", borrowing the identity of an engineering, procurement and construction firm. PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page aimed at people who would expect to deal with that company: prospective clients, subcontractors, suppliers and business partners. We first flagged it on 2026-10-11, and the site was still online with its content live when last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Impersonation of a contracting company usually relies on the trust and paperwork that come with large projects. A convincing corporate front lets the operators send fake tenders, vendor-registration requests, purchase orders or invoices, then collect login credentials, company documents or upfront "registration" and "processing" payments. Victims who engage can lose money paid to accounts the real firm never controlled, along with business data that can be reused in further fraud.
Evidence
Twelve of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-12. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, Dr.Web, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Lionic. These are independent security products that reached the same conclusion we did. The domain also appears in 34 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows that other analysts are tracking it. On the blocklist side, PhishDestroy currently lists it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through GoDaddy.com, LLC on 2018-04-13, more than eight years before we detected the impersonation content, so its age says nothing about whether it can be trusted. Traffic is served through Cloudflare's network in the US, which hides the origin server behind a widely used proxy. The HTTPS certificate comes from Google Trust Services (WE1). The padlock in the browser only means the connection is encrypted, not that the site belongs to the company it names.
What to do
If you submitted credentials on aghpl.com, change that password wherever you reuse it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you paid an invoice, tender fee or registration charge, contact your bank immediately to try to recall the transfer, and confirm any request through Altruist Global Holdings' known, independently sourced contacts. Do not send further documents or payments to anyone who reached you through this site. Defenders should block the domain at mail and web gateways, search inboxes for messages that reference it, and warn procurement and finance teams about fake vendor and invoice requests that use this brand.
