247arena-drop.biz is an impersonation phishing page built to pass itself off as a legitimate "247arena" offering, with the "drop" in its name pointing to a giveaway or airdrop-style lure. Its listing on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists shows that crypto wallet holders are the intended audience. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-13. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its phishing content.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look and wording of a trusted brand so visitors believe they are on the real site. A "drop" lure typically promises free tokens, rewards or early access. To claim them, the victim is asked to connect a wallet, sign a transaction or approval, or type in a seed phrase or login details. Whatever is handed over goes straight to the operators. A seed phrase gives them full control of the wallet, and a signed approval lets them move tokens without asking again.
Evidence
Six of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-24: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That is a low ratio, but it comes from unrelated vendors reaching the same verdict. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL with the phishing category. Beyond PhishDestroy, it is blocked by MetaMask and SEAL, two of the lists most relevant to wallet users. It also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses.

The domain was registered through NameCheap, Inc. on 2026-09-11 and was flagged two days later. That short gap is typical of throwaway domains set up for a single campaign. It sits behind Cloudflare, so the visible address in Canada belongs to Cloudflare's network rather than the operator's real server. The Let's Encrypt certificate is free and issued automatically, so the browser padlock says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you connected a wallet to this site, use a token-approval checker to revoke any permissions you granted, and move your remaining funds if you signed anything you did not understand. If you entered a seed phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and transfer the assets to a new wallet created from a fresh phrase. If you entered a password, change it everywhere you reused it and turn on two-factor authentication. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and check logs for users who reached it.
