Independent detection is still thin. On 2026-10-15, five of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. PhishDestroy is currently the only blocklist carrying it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-09-20 through TuringSign Inc. d/b/a Cosmotown, only 15 days before PhishDestroy picked it up. A fresh domain with a name unrelated to the brand it invokes is typical of short-lived lure sites. It is hosted on the KnownSRV Ltd. network in the Netherlands rather than on anything tied to the UK retailer. Its Let's Encrypt certificate is free and automatically issued, so the browser padlock says nothing about who operates the site.
