PhishDestroy identifies an active crypto drainer hosted at proposals-flare.foundation that masquerades as a legitimate proposal or flare service to steal cryptocurrency from unwitting users. This domain, registered only days ago on May 10, 2026, is already being weaponized by threat actors to intercept wallet connections and siphon digital assets. Security engines from MetaMask and SEAL have already placed the site on their blocklists, but with zero detections on VirusTotal at 10/95 as of this investigation, the campaign remains under the radar for many users. This domain was flagged by PhishDestroy after confirming its registration details through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com, which lists the domain as created on May 10, 2026. It resolves to IP address 188.114.96.3 and has already been listed on two separate security blocklists. The presence of a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate adds a false veneer of legitimacy, luring victims into connecting wallets under the guise of reviewing or submitting proposals.
