PhishDestroy threat report
proposals-embercurve.fun is an impersonation phishing page built to trade on the Curve name. It targets DeFi users who hold or provide liquidity on Curve. The "proposals" prefix suggests a governance or rewards lure. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-27, the same day it was registered. The site went offline on 2026-09-29 and was still dead with inactive DNS when last checked on 2026-10-19.
The page carried the title "Portfolio · Ember", which presents a dashboard rather than Curve's own branding, while the domain itself spells out "embercurve". We classified the site as Curve impersonation. Pages like this usually invite visitors to connect a wallet to view positions, vote on a proposal or claim something. They then ask for a transaction or signature. That approval can hand the operator permission to move the victim's tokens, so the loss is whatever the approved wallet holds, often taken within minutes.
Wallet-security blocklists caught this domain early. MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL all list it alongside PhishDestroy, so many wallet users would have seen a warning before signing anything. On VirusTotal, only alphaMountain.ai flagged it, 1 of 91 engines on 2026-09-27. That low count reflects how new the domain was, not that it was harmless. Four AlienVault OTX pulses also reference it, which places it in community threat-sharing feeds.
The domain was registered through Eranet International Limited on 2026-09-27 and picked up by PhishDestroy that same day. It was dead two days later. This register, lure and abandon cycle is typical of disposable phishing domains. Traffic resolved to 188.114.96.3 on Cloudflare, Inc.'s network, geolocated to CA. That address is a Cloudflare edge, so it does not reveal where the actual server was hosted.
If you connected a wallet or signed a transaction on this site, open a token approval checker for every chain you used and revoke any allowances you do not recognize. Then move your remaining funds to a fresh wallet whose seed phrase has never been typed into any website. If you entered a seed phrase, assume the wallet is fully compromised and stop using it. Reach Curve only through bookmarks you saved yourself, and treat links to "proposals" or portfolio dashboards with suspicion. Security teams should block the domain and watch for lookalike .fun registrations that combine Curve with other words.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
