PhishDestroy threat report
picstores.shop is an impersonation phishing site on a shopping-style .shop name. It is built to pass itself off as a legitimate business so visitors trust it with their information. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-14. The site went offline on 2026-10-17 and was still unreachable when we checked again on 2026-10-19.
Impersonation pages copy the look, name or tone of a real company, then steer visitors toward a login form, checkout or account-verification step. Whatever is typed there goes straight to the operators. Victims typically lose account passwords, payment card numbers or personal details that can be reused for fraud. When we flagged the domain, its page showed only the generic loading title "One moment, please..." rather than branded content, though we classified the site as impersonation phishing.
Detection by security vendors is thin. On 2026-10-14, 4 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Fortinet, Gridinsoft and LevelBlue. Spamhaus carries it on its Domain Block List with the DBL_PHISH tag, which mail filters and DNS resolvers enforce widely. Four AlienVault OTX threat pulses also reference the domain, so other researchers have tracked it independently. A low VirusTotal count does not mean the site is safe, because many engines are slow to pick up short-lived phishing domains.
The domain was registered through GoDaddy.com LLC on 2026-08-08, about two months before we detected it. That gap suggests the name was registered in advance and held until a campaign was ready. It was hosted on the IWS Networks LLC network, an Armenian-registered provider, from a server located in the Netherlands. Its free Let's Encrypt certificate shows that the padlock icon proves nothing about whether a site is legitimate.
If you entered a password on picstores.shop, change it now on the real service and on any other account that uses the same password, then turn on two-factor authentication. If you entered card details or paid for anything, contact your bank to block the card and dispute the charges. Watch for follow-up phishing emails or texts that use the personal details you submitted. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP at DNS and proxy level and search logs for any visits since 2026-08-08. Even while the site is offline, keep the block in place, because a parked phishing domain can come back.

Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
