pay-souls.ltd is an impersonation phishing site. It copies a legitimate service so crypto users trust it with their credentials, payments or wallet access. PhishDestroy first saw the domain on 2026-09-14. As of 2026-10-19 it was still online and serving content.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages borrow the name, look and wording of a service people already use, then reach victims through links in messages, ads or social posts. Once someone is on the page, it asks for a login, a seed phrase, a payment or a wallet connection. Whatever is entered goes straight to the operators, who use it to take over accounts or move funds. The page title currently reads "406 Not Acceptable," a server error message, while our classification is impersonation phishing.
Evidence
On 2026-09-25, VirusTotal showed 10 of 91 engines flagging the domain. The flagging vendors included Netcraft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, Chong Lua Dao, CRDF, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. That is a minority of engines, but the vendors are independent of one another, and several focus specifically on phishing and fraud. AlienVault OTX lists the domain in 4 threat pulses, so other researchers are tracking it too. PhishDestroy carries it on its blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2025-06-18, almost fifteen months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the domain was held in reserve or used quietly before this campaign came to light. The site is hosted on the FranTech Solutions network in Luxembourg.
What to do
If you entered a password on this site, change it now on the real service and on any other account that shares it. Then turn on app-based two-factor authentication. If you typed a seed phrase or private key, treat that wallet as compromised and move your remaining funds to a new wallet created on a clean device. If you connected a wallet, revoke any token approvals you granted to unfamiliar contracts. If you sent money, contact your payment provider or exchange right away and keep your transaction records. Security teams should block pay-souls.ltd at the DNS and proxy level and search mail and web logs for users who visited it.
