PhishDestroy threat report
novachaserefundgroup.com is an impersonation phishing page that borrows the Chase name and wraps it in a refund theme, aimed at Chase customers who expect money back. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-11. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and reachable, so it remains an active risk. The page title reads "New Private Tab", which does not match the Chase banking theme we classified.
Refund-themed bank impersonation usually starts with an email, text or call saying a refund, compensation or reversed charge is waiting. The victim is sent to a lookalike page and asked to verify their identity with an online banking username, password, one-time codes, card details or personal data. Whatever is entered goes straight to the operators, who can then log in, approve transfers or use the card. The refund never arrives.
On 2026-09-21, 10 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Netcraft. That is a minority of engines, but it includes several established web-threat feeds. urlscan.io rated the page malicious and matched it to a generic banking brand, which fits a page posing as a bank. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-03-11 through Hosting Concepts B.V. (Registrar.eu), about six months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap suggests the domain was held in reserve or used quietly before it was flagged. It resolves to 23.153.104.17 on the Aquiryn LLC network in the United States. The site has a Let's Encrypt certificate, so its padlock icon says nothing about whether it is legitimate.
If you entered Chase credentials here, change your password from the official Chase app or by typing the bank's address yourself, and reset two-factor authentication. Call Chase using the number on the back of your card to report the incident, freeze any card you typed in, and review recent transactions and payees. Do not trust any follow-up call or message about your "refund". Chase will not ask you to share one-time codes to receive money. Security teams should block the domain and its IP, search mail and DNS logs for refund-themed Chase lures pointing to it, and report it to Chase's abuse team.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
