Overview

moonedge-earn.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page that borrowed Cloudflare branding while sitting on a free Cloudflare Pages subdomain. Its "earn" naming and its presence on wallet-focused blocklists point at crypto users as the intended audience. PhishDestroy first logged it on 2026-09-07. The site has been offline since 2026-09-16, with its content blocked by the hosting provider, and it was still dead when last checked on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

Pages like this lean on a trusted infrastructure name. A Cloudflare look and a pages.dev address make a link feel routine, so visitors lower their guard before being pushed toward a login, a verification step or a wallet prompt that hands control to the operator. The captured page title, "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare," is Cloudflare's own warning screen rather than the scam content, while we classify the site itself as Cloudflare impersonation. Victims of this kind of page typically lose account credentials or crypto assets, depending on what the lure asks them to submit or sign.

Evidence

urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and matched generic Cloudflare branding on the page. VirusTotal coverage is thin: only MalwareURL flagged it, out of 89 engines checked on 2026-09-17, so a clean result from most scanners would have meant little here. The stronger signal comes from the crypto security community. MetaMask, ScamSniffer and SEAL all list the site alongside PhishDestroy, which means wallet users running those protections would have been warned.

Infrastructure

The site ran on Cloudflare Pages, resolving to Cloudflare, Inc. network space geolocated to Canada, behind a Google Trust Services certificate. Free static hosting like this lets an operator launch a branded page in minutes and discard it just as quickly. The project creation date is listed as 2026-09-14, a week after PhishDestroy's first sighting. The page went down on 2026-09-16, so whatever version was active had a public life of only a few days.

What to do

If you entered a password or recovery code on this page, change it immediately on the real service and turn on app-based or hardware two-factor authentication. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke token approvals with a trusted approval checker and move remaining funds to a fresh wallet if a seed phrase was exposed. Never type a seed phrase into any website. Defenders should block the full subdomain, search mail and chat logs for links to it, and report new pages.dev look-alikes to Cloudflare's abuse team, which acted quickly in this case.
