PhishDestroy threat report
ledgers--lives--desktop.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page that we classify as imitating Cloudflare. Its hostname echoes the wording of a desktop wallet app, and wallet-focused blocklists list it, so crypto users are the likely audience. PhishDestroy first recorded it on 2026-08-31. The site has been offline since 2026-09-11, the host has blocked its content, and it was still dead when last checked on 2026-10-19.
Impersonation pages borrow a trusted brand's look so visitors don't question what the page asks of them. Usually that is logging in, approving a prompt, or typing in sensitive details such as account credentials or a wallet recovery phrase. Anything entered goes to the operators, who can then take over the account or empty the wallet. The page title now reads "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is Cloudflare's own warning screen rather than the content we classified as impersonation.
VirusTotal shows 15 of 89 engines flagging the domain as of 2026-09-12. That is a meaningful minority from established vendors, including BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Emsisoft, alphaMountain.ai and Criminal IP. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and matched the page to generic Cloudflare branding. MetaMask's and SEAL's blocklists both carry the domain alongside PhishDestroy, so independent crypto-security teams reached the same conclusion.
The site was a subdomain on Cloudflare Pages, a free static-hosting service. Anyone can deploy there quickly, and the page inherits a legitimate-looking parent domain. The subdomain dates to 2025-10-30, roughly ten months before PhishDestroy flagged it. Traffic was served from Cloudflare, Inc. address space geolocated to Canada. Once reported, the provider replaced the content with its own phishing warning.
If you typed a password into this page, change it at once wherever you reuse it and turn on app-based two-factor authentication. If you entered a wallet recovery phrase or private key, treat that wallet as compromised and move any remaining funds to a new wallet with a freshly generated phrase. No legitimate service, Cloudflare included, will ever ask for that phrase. Defenders should block the domain and look in proxy and DNS logs for earlier visits from their users. They should also watch for look-alike pages.dev subdomains that use similar wallet-app wording.
