The recorded recipient is abuse@identitydigital.com.
The latest stored availability evidence still shows the domain reachable; 13 days has elapsed since the first outgoing report.
ICANN RAA §3.18 describes registrar abuse-contact and handling obligations. This section records outgoing timestamps, listed recipients, case identifiers, and later availability. It does not by itself prove receipt, acknowledgement, investigation, remediation, or contractual non-compliance.

PhishDestroy threat report
layer-0.pro is a phishing page posing as LayerZero, the cross-chain messaging protocol. It targets people who build on or bridge through LayerZero. The domain swaps the brand name for a lookalike with a hyphen and a zero, which is easy to miss in a search result or a direct message. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-07, and it was still online and serving content when last checked on 2026-10-19.
The page is titled "Layer zero - Endpoint Paths and Message Verification", which echoes the technical language of LayerZero's own developer material about endpoints and message verification. Fake pages built around this kind of wording usually ask a visitor to connect a wallet, "verify" a message or path, or sign a transaction that looks routine. The request is actually an approval or signature that lets the operator move funds. Some variants instead ask for a recovery phrase as part of a verification step. Either way, the victim can lose the tokens held in the connected wallet.
Seven of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-07: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and VIPRE. That count is modest, so many security tools will still let the page through. More telling, the wallet-focused blocklists of MetaMask and SEAL list it alongside PhishDestroy, and Spamhaus DBL classifies it as phishing. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses.
The domain was registered on 2026-09-16 through NICENIC INTERNATIONAL GROUP CO., LIMITED, and PhishDestroy detected it 21 days later. That gap points to a recently set-up campaign rather than an established site. The site sits behind Cloudflare's network on an address geolocated to Canada, so the server that actually hosts the content is not exposed. Its Let's Encrypt certificate provides the browser padlock, which shows the connection is encrypted but says nothing about whether the site is genuine.
If you connected a wallet or signed anything on this page, revoke the token approvals the site may have obtained and move your remaining assets to a fresh wallet. Treat any recovery phrase you typed there as compromised and stop using that wallet. Only reach LayerZero tooling through the project's official channels, because LayerZero does not need you to sign a transaction to "verify" message paths. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and watch their logs for earlier visits. Reports to the registrar and to Cloudflare's abuse channel can help get the site taken down while it remains live.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
