That gap between the title and our classification is worth noting. Impersonation pages of this kind trade on trust. A visitor who arrives looking for security advice is steered toward a step that seems legitimate, such as checking a wallet, verifying an account or connecting to a tool. That step hands over a recovery phrase, login credentials or wallet access. What victims lose depends on what they submit, ranging from exchange accounts to the entire contents of a self-custody wallet.
