How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look and wording of a trusted service so visitors type in usernames, passwords or personal details without suspicion. A login screen for a garage management system is an effective lure because staff see that kind of page every day and rarely check the address. Once submitted, those credentials can be used to take over the real account, reach customer and vehicle records, or be reused against other services that share the same password.
