PhishDestroy threat report
galaxyetherchain.com is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself under the name "Galaxy" and uses an Ethereum-flavoured domain to look like a legitimate crypto platform. It targets cryptocurrency holders, especially Ethereum users who might trust a polished brand name paired with "ether" and "chain". PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-15. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its scam content.
Impersonation sites like this borrow the look and vocabulary of a real crypto service so that visitors lower their guard. The page, titled simply "Galaxy", is built to get visitors to act as though they were on a trusted platform, for example by connecting a wallet, signing a transaction, entering a recovery phrase, or sending funds. Once a victim does any of these, the operators can move assets out of the wallet or keep whatever was deposited. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so losses are usually permanent.
Twelve of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-25, including BitDefender, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, CRDF and alphaMountain.ai. That is a modest share of engines, but the vendors behind it are mainstream. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and tagged the page as a crypto scam. MetaMask and SEAL both list the domain alongside PhishDestroy, which means many wallet users will see a warning before the page loads. Spamhaus lists it in its DBL as phishing, and four AlienVault OTX pulses reference it.
The domain was registered on 2026-09-05, only ten days before PhishDestroy caught it. That short lifespan is typical of throwaway domains spun up for a single campaign. Registration and hosting both run through Cloudflare, Inc., with the visible address in Canada. That address is Cloudflare's network edge, so the real origin server is hidden behind the proxy.
If you connected a wallet to this site, revoke any token approvals it obtained using a reputable approval checker, and move remaining assets to a fresh wallet. Treat any seed phrase you typed here as compromised. Generate a new wallet and transfer funds immediately, before the attackers do. Do not send further payments to "unlock" or recover funds, because those requests are part of the same fraud. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level, check logs for visits since 2026-09-05, and report it to Cloudflare for takedown, since the site remains live.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
