The sent-report ledger records the first outgoing report at .
The recorded recipient is abuse@globaldomaingroup.com.
The latest stored availability evidence still shows the domain reachable; 1 month has elapsed since the first outgoing report.
ICANN RAA §3.18 describes registrar abuse-contact and handling obligations. This section records outgoing timestamps, listed recipients, case identifiers, and later availability. It does not by itself prove receipt, acknowledgement, investigation, remediation, or contractual non-compliance.

PhishDestroy threat report
fn-value.com is an impersonation phishing site. It is built to pass itself off as a trusted service so that visitors act as if they were dealing with the real brand. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-18. As of 2026-10-19 the server still responded, but the domain's content was no longer resolving through DNS, so it could return at any time.
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and flow of a known service, then intercept whatever the visitor submits. That usually means login credentials, one-time codes, personal details or a payment presented as a routine step. The browser tab on fn-value.com reads only "Loading", a generic title that names no brand. A placeholder like this gives a visitor nothing to check against the real service before the fake content appears. Anything typed into the page goes to the operators, not the brand being imitated.
Five of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-01: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. That is a small share, but they are independent vendors reaching the same verdict. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as a spam domain, and four AlienVault OTX threat pulses reference it. This shows it is already being tracked outside PhishDestroy's own blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-07-15 through Global Domain Group LLC, about two months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap fits a domain set up in advance and put into use later. It is hosted on the UFO Technologies Limited network in Great Britain. A free Let's Encrypt certificate supplies the padlock icon, which says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
If you entered a password on fn-value.com, change it right away on the genuine service and on any other account that uses the same password. Then turn on or reset two-factor authentication and sign out all active sessions. If you typed a recovery phrase or card details, treat them as stolen: move funds to a new wallet or contact your card issuer. Report the page to the brand it imitated, and from now on reach that service only through a bookmark or its official app. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP at the DNS and proxy layer, and search logs for any users who visited since 2026-07-15.

Google PageSpeed Insights — mobile performance audit of fn-value.com · checked Sep 18, 2026
An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Compare what a browser and a crawler receive, and check for Keitaro traffic routing.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
