PhishDestroy threat report
cciccor.com is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself as "CCICC — Canadian Capital Immigration Consulting Consortium" and claims to be based in Ottawa, Ontario. Its audience is people hoping to move to, work in or study in Canada who are looking for professional help with their applications. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-23. When last checked on 2026-10-19, the site was still online and serving its content.
Fake immigration consultancies borrow the look of a legitimate Canadian firm, with an Ottawa address and an official-sounding consortium name, to appear trustworthy to applicants. Victims are typically offered fast-tracked visas, job offers or permanent residency. They are then asked to pay consultation, processing or "government" fees and to upload identity documents such as passports. People who engage lose the money they pay and can also expose personal data that may later be used for identity fraud or follow-up scams.
On 2026-10-02, 10 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as malicious. The vendors flagging it included BitDefender, ESET, G-Data, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That is a modest share of engines overall, but it comes from several unrelated security companies. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently. PhishDestroy lists it on its own blocklist.
The domain was registered through Wix.com Ltd. on 2026-09-22, just one day before PhishDestroy detected it. A firm that claims to be an established consortium would not normally be running on a brand-new domain. The site is hosted on the FranTech Solutions network in the United States, not in Canada where the business says it operates. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the business is genuine.
If you paid this site any fee, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge, and keep your receipts and messages. If you sent a passport, ID scans or other personal documents, watch for identity misuse and report the incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. Before hiring any immigration representative, confirm they are licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and remember that real government fees are paid through official Canadian government channels. Security teams should block the domain, flag email and ads that reference CCICC or Canadian immigration offers linked to it, and report it to the registrar and the hosting provider for takedown.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
