PhishDestroy threat report
privcash.digital is a domain on the PhishDestroy blocklist whose page presented itself under the title "priv.cash", a name styled like a crypto or privacy-cash service. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-08-26. It has not yet been assigned a specific scheme type. The site is now dead: its DNS stopped resolving on 2026-09-09, and it was still offline when last checked on 2026-10-19.
The page title borrows the look of a short ".cash" brand while the site itself sits on a different domain. That gap between the name a visitor expects and the address actually serving the page is a common setup for sites that ask users to deposit crypto, connect a wallet or sign in. The evidence here points to that kind of risk to funds or credentials, but it does not show which method this site used. Anything sent to or entered on it should be treated as handed to an unverified operator.
On 2026-09-05, five of 90 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a low count, but five unrelated vendors reaching the same verdict is still a meaningful signal. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers tracked it independently. Among blocklists, it is listed by PhishDestroy.
The domain was registered on 2025-11-07 through HOSTINGER operations, UAB, roughly nine and a half months before PhishDestroy detected it. That suggests the name was either held in reserve or quietly repurposed rather than spun up for the occasion. It was hosted on a US-based address, 75.2.60.5. The site went dark only about two weeks after first detection, a lifespan typical of throwaway crypto-lure domains.
If you sent crypto to an address shown on this site, stop all further payments and record the transaction hashes for a report to your exchange or local authorities. Be wary of anyone who later contacts you offering to recover the funds, because recovery offers are a common follow-up fraud. If you connected a wallet, move remaining assets to a fresh wallet. If you typed a password or seed phrase, change that password everywhere it was reused, turn on 2FA, and treat the seed phrase as compromised. Defenders should block the domain and the hosting address and check logs for visits around 2026-08-26 to 2026-09-09.

Google PageSpeed Insights — mobile performance audit of privcash.digital · checked Aug 26, 2026
An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
