That is a short lifespan, typical of throwaway domains built for a single campaign. It is hosted at 46.29.26.38 on a network registered to M/S Robi Traders of Bangladesh, with the server located in Finland. The free Let's Encrypt certificate only means the padlock appears; it says nothing about whether the site is trustworthy.
What to do
Do not return to the site or act on links that point to it, especially links that arrived by email or direct message, since Spamhaus ties the domain to spam.
