It is an impersonation phishing page aimed at crypto users who go looking for support and trust what looks like an official channel. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-25. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.
How the scam works
The page title, "Coin Index — help and contact", shows the lure: a fake support portal for people who already have a problem and want it fixed fast. Fake help desks like this usually push visitors into a contact form, chat or ticket. The "agent" then asks for login credentials, one-time codes, a recovery phrase, or a wallet connection presented as a verification step. Whatever the victim hands over is used to take control of the account or wallet and move the funds out. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed.
Evidence
On VirusTotal, 3 of 91 engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-06: Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That count is low, so most security tools will not warn a visitor yet.
