xrpflareconnect.com is a crypto wallet drainer posing as Flare Network to trick users into connecting wallets. The page title shows 'Flare — The Blockchain for Data | Claim FLR Airdrop.' PhishDestroy first saw this threat on 2026-10-17. The site remains active as of 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

This drainer mimics Flare Network branding to lure users into connecting wallets under the pretense of claiming an airdrop. Once connected, it silently requests approvals or transactions to drain crypto assets without the victim noticing.

Evidence

VirusTotal detected the domain with 3 detections out of 92 engines from vendors including alphaMountain.ai, Gridinsoft, and Webroot. urlscan.io marked the page as malicious and flagged impersonation of the flarenetwork brand. The domain is blocked by PhishDestroy, MetaMask, and SEAL blocklists.
