nova-crypto-management.com is an impersonation phishing site that presents itself under the title "Nova Wallet". The domain name suggests an official crypto management service, which lures wallet users into trusting it with access to their funds. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-19. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and its content now resolves through a redirect, so visitors can still be routed onward.
How the scam works
Wallet impersonation pages copy the look and name of a known wallet brand, here Nova Wallet, then ask the visitor to "sync", "restore" or "verify" their wallet. This is typically done by requesting the recovery phrase or private key, or by asking the user to connect a wallet and sign a request. Anything typed into such a form goes straight to the operators. A stolen recovery phrase gives them full control of the wallet, letting them empty every asset in it, usually within minutes and with no way to reverse the transfers.
Evidence
Twelve of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain in a scan on 2026-09-29. Detections came from alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. Most engines stayed silent, but this set includes major commercial security vendors. Beyond PhishDestroy, the domain is listed by MetaMask's blocklist and by SEAL, so MetaMask users should see a warning before the page loads.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through NAMECHEAP INC on 2026-04-04, about five and a half months before PhishDestroy detected it. A gap that long suggests the domain was bought in advance and held or reused rather than spun up for a single burst. It is hosted on Amazon.com, Inc. infrastructure in the US, and its Let's Encrypt certificate means the padlock icon offers no assurance of legitimacy.
What to do
If you typed a recovery phrase or private key into this site, treat that wallet as compromised. Create a new wallet on a clean device and move any remaining funds there immediately. If you only connected a wallet or signed something, review and revoke token approvals with a reputable approval checker, and watch for unexpected transfers. Never enter a seed phrase on any website; real wallet providers do not ask for it. Defenders should block the domain and its redirect targets at DNS and proxy level, and alert users who search for Nova Wallet support or management tools.
