PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

infringementreports.com is an impersonation phishing site whose name mimics an official complaint or takedown service, the kind of notice that pushes recipients to act quickly. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-10. On 2026-10-19 the domain was still online and serving content, so it remains a live risk to anyone who receives a link to it.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages built around infringement claims usually reach victims through a message saying their account, website or content has been reported and needs urgent review. The link leads to a page that copies a trusted service's look and asks the victim to sign in or confirm details, and whatever they type goes straight to the operators. The victim can lose control of email, hosting, social or wallet-linked accounts. Visitors currently see the page title "Not Acceptable!", a generic server error message, while our classification is impersonation phishing.

Evidence

On 2026-09-18, VirusTotal showed 9 of 89 engines flagging the domain. The vendors named include ADMINUSLabs, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and Webroot. Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2018-07-26 through Tucows, more than eight years before PhishDestroy detected it. An older domain carries more age-based trust than a freshly registered one and can slip past filters that score new domains harshly. It resolves to 50.6.3.90 on Oracle Corporation's network in the United States. The Let's Encrypt certificate only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
