How the scam works
A page that shows nothing but "Loading" gives a visitor no reason to trust it. Pages like this are often placeholders or redirect stubs that later forward visitors to a phishing form, a fake investment dashboard or a wallet-connect prompt. Nothing here confirms which of these fortvalo.com was built for. The danger is that a visitor ends up somewhere that asks for credentials, a seed phrase, a payment or a wallet signature, and loses whatever they hand over.
Evidence
On 2026-10-11, VirusTotal showed 6 of 92 engines flagging the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and SOCRadar. That is a minority of engines, but six unrelated vendors flagging the same young domain is a meaningful signal. Spamhaus lists it in its domain blocklist under the spam category. It also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tied it to tracked malicious activity.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-08-29 through Gname.com Pte. Ltd., about five weeks before PhishDestroy picked it up. That short gap between registration and detection is typical of throwaway domains. It is hosted on the UFO Technologies Limited network in Great Britain. Its free, automatically issued TLS certificate means the padlock in the browser says nothing about who runs the site.
What to do
Do not go back to fortvalo.com, and do not follow links to it from messages, ads or social posts. If you entered a password or email there, change that password everywhere you reused it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you sent money or shared card or bank details, contact your bank or payment provider immediately. If you connected a crypto wallet or signed anything, revoke token approvals with a trusted approval checker and move your funds to a fresh wallet if you shared a seed phrase.
