cryptotoppro.com is a crypto-themed impersonation phishing site. Its name suggests a top-tier trading or investment platform, which is the kind of trust it borrows to lure people interested in cryptocurrency. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving live content, so it remains an active risk.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look and language of a legitimate crypto brand or platform so that visitors treat them as the real thing. Victims are then asked to sign in, register, deposit funds or connect a wallet. Whatever they type or approve goes straight to the operators, who can drain balances, take over accounts or collect fake "fees". The page title reads "Welcome to Our Website | cryptotoppro", a generic placeholder rather than a specific brand name. We still classify the site as impersonation phishing.
Evidence
On 2026-09-29, five of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Netcraft and SOCRadar.
