How the scam works
Fake delivery pages like this usually start with a text or email claiming a package is on hold because of a missing address, failed delivery attempt or unpaid customs or redelivery fee. The link leads to a branded-looking page titled "expressmail delivery" that asks the visitor to confirm personal details and pay a small charge. The fee is the bait. What the operators want is the full name, address, phone number and payment card data typed into the form, which they can use for fraudulent charges or resell. Some versions also ask for a one-time bank code, which lets the criminals approve payments in the victim's name.
Evidence
Detection is still thin. On 2026-09-29, 3 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and SOCRadar. It appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tied it to malicious activity, but PhishDestroy is the only blocklist carrying it.
