PhishDestroy threat report
bikesonlinestore.shop is an impersonation phishing page posing as BikesOnline, a bicycle retailer. It targets shoppers looking for discounted bikes. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its storefront content.
The page carries the title "Premium Bicycles Delivered | Ride More, for Less! | BikesOnline", copying the branding and sales pitch of a real retailer to look trustworthy. Fake shops like this list bikes at prices well below market, then push visitors through a checkout that collects names, delivery addresses, phone numbers and full card details. The goods never arrive. The victim loses the payment, and the stolen card and personal data can be reused for further fraud or sold on. Some fake stores also steer buyers toward bank transfers or other payment methods that are hard to reverse.
urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically flagged the site as a fake shop. On VirusTotal, 4 of 92 engines detected it as of 2026-10-16: CRDF, G-Data, Gridinsoft and LevelBlue. That detection count is low, which is common for newly launched fake stores, so a clean result from other scanners should not be read as proof of safety. The domain appears in 4 AlienVault OTX pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-06-05 through Dynadot Inc., about four months before PhishDestroy detected it. It resolves to 212.52.28.51 on the Malakmadze Web LLC network, with the server located in the United States. The site uses a TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt (YE1), so the padlock icon only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the shop is legitimate.
If you entered card details on this site, contact your bank or card issuer right away to block the card, dispute the charge and request a replacement. If you paid by bank transfer, report it to your bank immediately and ask about a recall. Watch for follow-up phishing calls, texts or emails that use the personal details you gave the site, and report the fraud to your local consumer protection or cybercrime authority. If you want to buy from BikesOnline, go to the retailer's official site directly instead of following ads or links. Security teams should block the domain and its IP, add it to web filters, and check proxy logs for users who submitted payment forms there.
For this gTLD, the registrar above operates under an ICANN accreditation agreement. The links below provide the official fee schedule and current DNS abuse compliance guidance.
