PhishDestroy threat report
bernapecijewelry.shop is a fake online shop that presents itself as a fashion storefront under the name "Clothing by BP" and targets ordinary online shoppers. Its domain name promises jewelry, but its homepage title is "Home | Clothing by BP". We classified it as an e-commerce scam. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-13. It was still online and serving its shop content on 2026-10-19.
Shops like this copy the look of a real boutique, with product photos, steep discounts and a working checkout, so that a visitor treats it as an ordinary store. The buyer pays and receives either nothing, a cheap item unlike the one advertised, or a tracking number that never moves. The victim loses the purchase price and hands over their name, address, phone and card details, which can be reused for further fraud. A generic brand like "Clothing by BP", with nothing behind it beyond the site itself, is typical of these throwaway storefronts.
urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically flagged it as a fake shop. On 2026-10-17, 9 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged it, including alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, Netcraft and SOCRadar. That is a minority of engines, but the vendors come from several independent sources. The domain also appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, and PhishDestroy lists it on its blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-04-15, about six months before we detected it. A stretch like that is often used to age a domain so it looks less suspicious to filters. The site runs on 62.233.61.26, on a network registered to Malakmadze Web LLC in Georgia, while the IP geolocates to the United States. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about whether the shop is honest.
If you ordered from this site, contact your card issuer or payment provider right away, ask for a chargeback for goods not received, and keep screenshots of the order and any emails. If you entered card details, ask for the card to be reissued. Watch your statements for unfamiliar charges, and be wary of follow-up messages about "delivery problems" that ask for more payment. Security teams should block the domain and IP 62.233.61.26, and report the site to the registrar and hosting provider so it can be taken down.
