apolloscootersshop.shop is a fake online shop that presents itself as an Apollo Scooters retailer under the page title "Premium Electric Scooters | Apollo Scooters". It targets shoppers looking for an electric scooter who search for the brand and land on what looks like an official or authorized store. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-02. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its storefront.
How the scam works
Shops like this copy the look, product names and photos of a known brand. They then undercut real prices enough to make a buyer act quickly. The victim picks a scooter, enters a shipping address, contact details and payment information, and pays. Typically nothing arrives, or the tracking leads nowhere, and the shop stops answering. The buyer loses the purchase price and hands over personal and card data that can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-06, VirusTotal showed 7 of 91 engines flagging the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, Netcraft and SOCRadar. That is a modest count, so many browsers and filters will still let the page load without warning. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically identified it as a fake shop, which independently matches our classification. The domain also appears in two AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-19, roughly four and a half months before we detected it. A gap like that suggests a name that was set up early and left to age before the shop was promoted. The site is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia. Its TLS certificate comes from Let's Encrypt, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the seller is genuine.

If you paid on this site, contact your bank or card issuer immediately. Report the transaction as fraud and ask for a chargeback, and keep the order confirmation and any emails as proof.
