PhishDestroy threat report
partswap.sbs is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself as a car parts marketplace under the name "PartSwap — Car parts, without the runaround." It targets people shopping for vehicle parts who trust a polished storefront enough to create accounts, share personal details or pay. PhishDestroy first saw the domain on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was alive and its content was still being served. The page title shows an ordinary parts-shopping service, while PhishDestroy classifies the site as impersonation phishing.
Impersonation sites copy the name, look and tone of a legitimate business so visitors believe they are dealing with a real company. The visitor is then asked to register, log in, confirm an order or enter card or contact details. Everything typed into the forms goes to the operators. Victims can lose account credentials, payment card data, money sent for parts that never ship, and personal information that is later reused for fraud or further phishing.
On 2026-10-16, none of the 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain, so the classification does not rest on antivirus consensus. The domain is on the PhishDestroy blocklist and appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses. A zero VirusTotal score is common for newly launched phishing pages and should not be read as a sign the site is safe.
The domain was registered on 2026-08-21 through Global Domain Group LLC, about eight weeks before PhishDestroy first saw it. It resolves to 104.18.26.246 on the Cloudflare network (CLOUDFLARENET - Cloudflare, Inc.) in the US, which hides the origin server. Its TLS certificate was issued by Google Trust Services (WE1), so the padlock in the browser only confirms an encrypted connection, not a trustworthy operator.
If you visited partswap.sbs, do not enter any information or make purchases there. If you created an account or logged in, change that password and any other account that uses the same one, and turn on two-factor authentication. If you entered card details or paid, contact your bank right away to block the card and dispute the charges, then watch your statements for unfamiliar activity. Defenders should block the domain at DNS, proxy and email gateways, search logs for user visits since 2026-10-16, and report the site to the hosting provider and registrar for takedown.
The linked repository preserves daily zone observations across seven ShortDot-operated TLDs, including registration volume and abuse-related indicators. This registry context is supporting background and is not an independent detection for the domain in this report.
For this gTLD, the registrar above operates under an ICANN accreditation agreement. The links below provide the official fee schedule and current DNS abuse compliance guidance.
RAA §3.18 establishes abuse-contact and handling requirements. This report can document stored outbound notices and later technical observations; it does not by itself establish receipt, investigation, remediation, or contractual non-compliance.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
