PhishDestroy threat report
userhub-kraken.com is an impersonation phishing page posing as a Kraken account portal. The name pairs the exchange's brand with "userhub" to look like an official login or account-management area. It targets Kraken customers who might follow a link from an email, message or ad. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-09, and as of 2026-10-19 its content was unreachable.
Fake exchange portals like this copy Kraken's sign-in flow and ask for the account email, password and two-factor code. The attacker relays those details to the real exchange within seconds, takes over the account, and withdraws whatever crypto it holds. Some variants also push a fake "account verification" step to collect ID documents or seed phrases. The victim can lose the exchange balance and control of the account itself.
Six of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-09: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and VIPRE. That is a modest count, but it is typical for a site caught only days after registration, and it is backed by other sources. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the phishing category. The MetaMask and SEAL blocklists carry it alongside PhishDestroy, and two AlienVault OTX threat pulses reference it.
The domain was registered on 2026-10-06 through GMO Internet Group (Onamae.com) and was being detected as phishing three days later. That short gap is the usual pattern for disposable brand-lookalike domains. The site resolves to Cloudflare's network in the US, so the visible address belongs to Cloudflare's proxy rather than the server actually hosting the page.
If you entered your Kraken credentials on this site, sign in through the official Kraken app or a typed address and change your password immediately. Reset your two-factor authentication, review active sessions and API keys, and check your withdrawal history and saved addresses for anything you did not add. Contact Kraken support at once if funds moved. If you reused that password elsewhere, change it there too. Security teams should block the domain, search mail and proxy logs for visits or lures referencing it, and report any new "userhub"-style Kraken lookalikes.

No. PhishDestroy classifies userhub-kraken.com as a Kraken impersonation page (risk: critical, 90/100); it was first detected on 2026-10-09. VirusTotal: 6/92 engines flag it. Listed on Spamhaus DBL. Treat the site as unsafe.
No. Do not connect a wallet, sign messages or approve tokens on userhub-kraken.com. Phishing sites ask for approvals (approve, setApprovalForAll, Permit2) that let the operator move your assets, and a confirmed transaction cannot be reversed.
Change every password you entered there and turn on two-factor authentication. If you connected a wallet or signed something, revoke the approvals and move the remaining funds to a new wallet; never share your seed phrase. Step-by-step help: emergency guide.
