Overview

PhishDestroy’s intake AI marked the domain as malicious because it presented itself as the imToken wallet service on an unrelated .lol address. The recorded page title read “imToken | Ethereum & Bitcoin Wallet” and included a Chinese description that mirrored official imToken marketing. The site was first seen by PhishDestroy on 2026-10-23 and returned an HTTP 200 response on that date.

How the scam works

Brand‑impersonation phishing creates look‑alike pages that lure cryptocurrency users into entering wallet credentials, seed phrases or approving malicious transactions. By copying the visual branding of a legitimate wallet such as imToken, attackers hope victims will trust the site and disclose sensitive access information.

Evidence

VirusTotal scanned the domain on 2026-10-23 and recorded one malicious detection out of 92 engines, flagged by CRDF.
