PhishDestroy threat report
ruxup.st is a gaming-themed scam built around the page title "Unlimited Free Robux", aimed squarely at Roblox players hoping to get the platform's virtual currency without paying. Its audience skews young, which makes the pitch more effective and the damage harder for victims to recognize. PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-10-12. On 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its scam content.
Free Robux generators follow a familiar script. The visitor enters a Roblox username and picks an amount. A fake progress screen then appears, followed by a "human verification" step that demands a password, a survey, an app install or a sign-up for a paid offer. No Robux ever arrives. The visitor can lose a Roblox account along with its items and purchased currency, hand over personal details, or end up on unwanted mobile subscriptions that bring in money for the operator.
On 2026-10-12, VirusTotal showed 7 of 92 engines flagging the domain: CRDF, DNS8, Emsisoft, Fortinet, Netcraft, SOCRadar and Webroot. That count is modest, but it comes from a varied mix of phishing feeds, DNS filters and endpoint vendors that reached the same verdict independently. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses. Among the blocklists we track, only PhishDestroy currently lists it, so many browsers and filters will still let it load without a warning.
The site resolves to 194.145.208.36 on the KnownSRV Ltd. network in the Netherlands. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the address bar only means the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about whether the site is honest, and young users often mistake it for a sign of safety. The .st country-code domain and the short name echoing "Robux" are typical of throwaway domains used for this kind of lure.
If you typed a Roblox password on this site, change it right away from the official Roblox app or website. Turn on 2-Step Verification, and review your account for unfamiliar logins, trades or spending. If you installed an app or completed an "offer" during verification, uninstall the app, check your phone bill for premium subscriptions and cancel them. Parents should explain to children that Robux generators do not exist. Security teams and school or family network administrators should block ruxup.st at the DNS or proxy level and report it to Roblox and to hosting abuse channels.

No. PhishDestroy classifies ruxup.st as a Roblox impersonation page (risk: critical, 88/100); it was first detected on 2026-10-12. VirusTotal: 7/92 engines flag it. Treat the site as unsafe.
No. Do not connect a wallet, sign messages or approve tokens on ruxup.st. Phishing sites ask for approvals (approve, setApprovalForAll, Permit2) that let the operator move your assets, and a confirmed transaction cannot be reversed.
Change every password you entered there and turn on two-factor authentication. If you connected a wallet or signed something, revoke the approvals and move the remaining funds to a new wallet; never share your seed phrase. Step-by-step help: emergency guide.
