PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

inci-huidtherapie.nl presents itself as the homepage of Inci Clinic, a Dutch skin-therapy practice, under the page title "Home Inci Clinic - Inci Huidtherapie". PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page that targets people who trust that clinic name. We first flagged it on 2026-10-10, and it was still online with live content on 2026-10-19. The title reads like an ordinary clinic homepage, while our classification is impersonation phishing.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages borrow a familiar business identity so visitors drop their guard. For a clinic, that usually means booking forms, contact pages or account and payment prompts that look routine. Anything entered there, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, health details, logins or card data, goes to whoever controls the page. That data can then be used for fraud, account takeover or more convincing follow-up scams that reference the clinic.

Evidence

On 2026-10-12, 12 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the site. The detections come from several unrelated vendors: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and Lionic. That is a minority of engines, but the mix of commercial antivirus firms and a community anti-scam project makes the verdict more than a one-off. The domain appears in 34 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows researchers have tracked it repeatedly. PhishDestroy lists it on our blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2015-10-06 through Hosting Secure, roughly eleven years before we detected it. A name with that much history carries an established, local-looking reputation that a freshly registered lookalike would lack. It is hosted on the network of Hoasted B.V., a Dutch provider, at an address that geolocates to Germany. The site uses a standard Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the page is safe.

If you filled in a form on this site, assume everything you typed is exposed. Change any password you entered and turn on two-factor authentication wherever that password was reused. If you gave card or bank details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute unfamiliar charges.
