PhishDestroy threat report
blackbootsco.shop is an impersonation phishing page dressed up as an online boutique, with the page title "Home | BLACK" and a domain that suggests a boot retailer. It targets online shoppers who arrive through ads, social media posts or search results and believe they are buying from a real brand. PhishDestroy first saw the site on 2026-10-16. On the last check, 2026-10-19, it was still online and serving live content.
Sites like this copy the look of a legitimate store, often a known brand, and list products at prices low enough to rush a purchase. At checkout the visitor enters a name, address, phone number, email and card details. These go straight to the operators, who can reuse the card or sell it. The order usually never arrives, or a cheap substitute is shipped, so the victim loses both the payment and control of their personal data. The generic "Home | BLACK" title is the storefront branding visitors see, and we classified the site as impersonation phishing.
urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict for the domain and specifically flagged it as a fake shop. The domain appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, and PhishDestroy lists it on its blocklist. VirusTotal showed 0 detections out of 92 engines on 2026-10-16, so most antivirus vendors do not yet block it. Visitors should not take a clean VirusTotal result as a sign that the shop is safe.
The domain was registered on 2026-04-17 through Dynadot Inc., about six months before PhishDestroy flagged it. It is hosted on IP 212.52.28.166 on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in the United States. The site uses a TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt (YE2), so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the shop is legitimate.
If you placed an order or entered card details, contact your bank right away to block the card, dispute the charge and request a replacement. Change any password you reused on the site and watch for follow-up phishing emails or texts that use the details you submitted. If you only browsed, close the tab and do not come back. Defenders should block the domain and its IP at the web proxy and DNS layers, add it to email and ad filtering, and report it to the hosting provider and registrar so it can be taken down.
For this gTLD, the registrar above operates under an ICANN accreditation agreement. The links below provide the official fee schedule and current DNS abuse compliance guidance.
