PhishDestroy threat report
bigoneoutdoorshop.shop is a fake online store. It presents itself as "Outdoor Calling | BIG ONE" and dresses up as an outdoor equipment retailer to draw in shoppers browsing for gear. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-16. When we checked on 2026-10-19, the site was still online and its storefront was fully live, so anyone can still land on it and place an order.
The shop looks like a normal outdoor retailer, with a product catalogue, a branded header and a checkout. Prices are usually set low enough to make buying feel urgent. When a visitor orders, the operators collect the payment along with the buyer's name, address, email and often full card details. The goods either never arrive or are replaced by a cheap, unrelated item. Victims lose the purchase amount, and the card and contact details they entered can be reused for further fraud or targeted follow-up scams.
urlscan.io rates the site malicious and specifically identifies it as a fake shop. That matches our classification. On VirusTotal, 6 of 92 engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-16: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and Webroot. Coverage is still thin, so most browsers and security tools will not warn visitors yet. The domain also appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers have tied it to malicious activity.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-25. That is about five months before we detected it, which suggests it was set up well before it began drawing attention. The site is hosted on IP 23.252.79.86 on the network of Malakmadze Web LLC, a provider registered in Georgia, while the address itself geolocates to the United States. A free Let's Encrypt certificate supplies the browser padlock, so the lock icon says nothing about whether the shop is legitimate.
If you paid on this site, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge and request a chargeback. Ask them to block or reissue the card if you typed in its details. Keep your order confirmation and any emails as evidence. Be suspicious of later messages about "shipping problems" or "customs fees", because they often follow orders on fake shops. If you created an account, change that password everywhere you reused it. Security teams should block the domain and its hosting IP, and report it to payment processors and the registrar so it can be taken down faster.
